  We were traveling through Fox Creek with three young children and my son's Service dog. The staff denied us entry because we had a service dog. I explained that he isn't a pet and I provided them with his government issued service dog ID as well as a copy of Alberta service dog laws which states that we can not be denied entry in ANY public establishment, including (but not limited to) restaurants, hospitals, taxis, etc.

  I have NEVER been so embarrassed by an establishment in regards to our service dog. You should be very ashamed of yourselves.

  The ONLY reason I ate there and gave them my business is because Fox Creek has limited options and my 3, 5 and 7 year olds wanted Subway.

  This Subway is the worst one I've ever been to! Went here for a quick bite to eat on the way home to Grande Prairie and they were absolute assholes! The guy that served me was exceptionally rude, and tried closing up the sandwich before I was even done ordering. Not to mention that they are in a rig town and don't even have debit working. He asked if it was for stay (extremely hostile) and I told him I would rather eat it in the parking lot! And I did! He/they should not be in business. Assholes.

  Despite this, and despite the fact that it says RIGHT ON THEIR FRONT DOOR that service animals may enter, the staff insisted "no pets". It wasn't until I threatened to call the police and informed them that this result in a fine of up to $3000 That they conceded.

  Absolutely junk store. Tried to call to give them a heads up that in the morning I will need a dozen breakfast sandwiches and it was half an hour after they open and they flat out refused to make my sandwiches for me. They said they needed an hour and a half at least. I guess they just don't need my money and so now they won't ever get it again.
